Couple seeking comfort with mixed results
The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The dinner was delicious and had a stunning steak that made the trip worthwhile.
It wasn’t exactly affordable but still somewhat acceptable.

The grounds are stunning and perfect for large family celebrations. We especially enjoyed the elegant dining in the restaurant, which had delicious food that everyone loved. The outdoor pool was a fantastic spot for relaxation with the family.
My kids wished there were better options for family-friendly activities. The indoor facilities seemed neglected and could use some upgrading and proper maintenance.

Just an appropriate option for a day tour in Ashford (Kent) with good value for cost. The dining room was beautiful, and the service was impeccable and attentive. Try to get a table in the main restaurant for the best atmosphere.

The room delighted me. Very clean and cozy, with comfortable bedding. It had lovely decor, adding charm. The food in the restaurant impressed me, particularly the quality and presentation. I enjoyed the peaceful gardens, perfect for a stroll. the check-in process was sluggish due to not enough staff. I faced some issues with room service, difficult to get in contact with them. The breakfast on Monday looked more like leftovers rather than fresh options. These inconsistencies took away from what could have been a perfect stay.

Recently, I enjoyed my stay in a cozy Double Room with fluffy robes and a nice bath that was just what I needed after a long day. The spa offered a relaxing steam room and a lovely indoor swimming pool for unwinding. The only downside was that some areas needed a little more cleaning, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

This was just a fine choice for a fleeting moment in Ashford with value for price. The large twin room had a beautiful view to the hills which I enjoyed. Make sure to check the spa opening times before your arrival.
